The Anne Springs Close Bridge Program, a tiered financial assistance program, provides a mechanism for all community members to benefit from Leroy Springs & Co. programs and facilities. In partnership with Atrium Health, the Bridge Program helps make entities and programs like the Anne Springs Close Greenway, FLYERS Afterschool program and summer camps accessible for all regardless of financial standing. Since 2018, Leroy Springs & Co. has awarded over $355,000 in financial assistance.

What to Know Before Applying

Tips for Successful Application

  • Anyone is eligible to apply.
  • Complete one (1)application per family. A family includes all people living in the household who share in the household income regardless of relation.
  • An award of financial assistance does not equate to enrollment in any program. Applicants must also apply to their specific program of interest.
  • Applicants will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days of application submission.
  • Financial assistance is based on income, using the USDA Child Nutrition Program Income Eligibility Guidelines, which determine free and reduced meals eligibility.
  • S.N.A.P. (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and T.A.N.F. (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) benefit certificates are also acceptable forms of eligibility.
  • Special circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.

1. Gather the necessary documents:

    • IRS Form 1040, Page 1 or Transcript OR
    • SNAP/TANF Benefit Certificate OR
    • School district free or reduced lunch letter

2. Complete the application in full. We are not able to process incomplete applications.
